DJI has announced the release of the DJI FlightHub, a web-based software solution that provides an effective drone operations management solution for enterprise and drone service providers. This service enables the secure management of real-time drone operations, flight data, drone fleets and pilot teams to meet the needs of the expanding global commercial drone industry all from a single platform.
“As commercial use of drone technology increases each day, businesses need a solution that lets them scale their operations quickly and efficiently manage their growing fleets and teams across multiple locations,” said Jan Gasparic, DJI’s Head of Enterprise Partnerships. “FlightHub is the first solution of its kind that empowers businesses to manage their drone operations in one place, securely, within seconds and from remote locations.”
Enterprises now have a clear, centralized view of their company’s drone operations, allowing them to effectively collaborate with offsite teams. The Map View provides offsite teams with live, map-based telemetry data of all drone operations, allowing them to coordinate simultaneous flights and multiple drone teams. Using Real-Time View, they can access live video feeds from up to four onsite drones, allowing them to make quick decision in real time.
FlightHub includes features that sync and store drone flight data in a secure, searchable database, ensuring enterprises regulatory compliance, pilot accountability, and improved team management. FlightHub also improves internal resource management by providing an overview of team and fleet Management. They establish and manage teams through a hierarchy system, as well as equipment procurement and maintenance through Team Management and easily track equipment usage through Fleet Management
